Alexandra received her master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Criminology from Florida State University. Experience in both private practice and psychiatric hospital settings has provided Alexandra with the opportunity to work with diverse populations and to treat individuals with a wide range of mental health challenges. Alexandra sees clients who struggle with complex trauma, addictions, compulsive sexual behaviors, relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety and depression. She also specializes in the treatment of betrayal trauma.
Available to see clients in person and virtually, Alexandra is passionate in cultivating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space. She also provides authenticity to humanize the vulnerable experience of therapy. She emphasizes empowerment and integrates her love for health and wellness with her clinical training. Alexandra uses a mix of evidence-based practices such as, trauma-informed, humanistic, and cognitive behavioral therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients.
