When people think of therapy, many times we are asked, “do I have to lay on the couch?”  The answer is simple - you get to do what you want. It is your time and your space.  Individual therapy is the opportunity to work in a one-on-one setting to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors to gain better insight into yourselves and work towards personal growth.

Frequently when people feel stuck or have intrusive thoughts, therapy is a way to gain new skills and bring your values to the forefront of your life.  Many times we hear the message that society tells us “it’s mind over matter, just don’t feel sad,” “pull yourself up by your bootstraps,”  or that “only weak people go to therapy.”  Often it is more difficult than that and we are here to provide a warm and welcoming space to help guide you onto the path of where you want to be and what you want from your life.

CCSW welcomes all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities and religions.
